Convex dashboards open with your Orbit session. Dokploy, storage and mail administration retain their own logins. Webmail uses each mailbox’s email and password; existing browser sessions continue to work. API access keys and SMTP sending credentials are separate from dashboard sign-in.
Services & APIs
Connect projects from your laptop or production.
Access keys & tokens
Generate replacements here. S3 rotation keeps the old key active until you retire it. Convex admin rotation immediately revokes existing keys and sessions.
Convex backends
Private S3 buckets
All projects share the 45 GB hard limit. New buckets are private; share files with short-lived signed URLs from your backend.
Connection examples
Next.js, React / Vite & Node
Frontend variables may contain the public Convex URL. Keep admin keys, S3 keys and SMTP passwords in backend environment variables. React/Vite calls a backend for files and email.

Key reveals and bucket creation are recorded here. Advanced deployment, domain, mailbox and file settings stay in the native service dashboards; their logins remain separate.
